About ListingShield

ListingShield is an early-access tool that helps Etsy sellers screen listing text for possible trademark risk before publishing. ListingShield is independent and is not affiliated with Etsy, Google, USPTO, EUIPO, WIPO, or any rights-holder.

Early access

ListingShield is launching as capped early access, currently limited to a set number of accounts. We may pause new registrations or remove access where necessary to protect the product, other users, service capacity, or the launch process.

Availability

ListingShield is currently available to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia. We may add or remove supported countries over time.

Plans and billing

Running checks requires an active paid subscription or available bundle checks. Plans and bundles are:

• Monthly — GBP 9.99 per month, including up to 50 checks per billing cycle.
• Founding annual — GBP 69 per year for the first 25 continuously subscribed customers, including up to 50 checks per month.
• Check bundles — one-off purchases of 3 checks (GBP 3.99) or 10 checks (GBP 7.99). Bundle checks do not expire and are used after any subscription allowance. Bundles are not a subscription and do not renew.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are shown in GBP and are the total amount you pay. Your check allowance resets each billing cycle and unused checks do not roll over. We may change plans, allowances, or prices in future; changes will not affect the paid period you have already been charged for.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. If a payment fails, your paid access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that.

• Monthly plan: there are no partial refunds for the current billing period.
• Founding annual plan: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have run no more than 5 checks on the account, by emailing hello@listingshield.app. Once you have run more than 5 checks, or after 14 days, the annual plan is non-refundable. This fair-use limit reflects that checks have a real cost to provide.
• Check bundles: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the bundle's checks have been used, by emailing hello@listingshield.app. Once any check from a bundle has been used, the bundle is non-refundable.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. Where you have a statutory right to cancel, we may reduce any refund by the value of the service already provided to you.

No legal advice

ListingShield provides informational screening only. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee that a listing is safe, lawful, non-infringing, or protected from takedown. You are responsible for your own listings and decisions. If you need legal advice, speak to a qualified lawyer.

Your responsibilities

• Use ListingShield only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit content you do not have permission to process.
• Keep your account access secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.

Results and availability

ListingShield can miss risks, show false positives, or be affected by third-party data quality and availability. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Your content

You keep ownership of listing text and other content you submit. You give ListingShield permission to process that content to provide checks, show history, improve the product, investigate issues, and operate the service.

Intellectual property

ListingShield's name, interface, code, design, and product materials belong to ListingShield or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell the service without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingShield will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, including listing removals, account restrictions, lost revenue, or reliance on check results.
